How to Use This Site
How To Use This Site:
This site can be used as a set of separate but related articles on specific lake and pond related topics, or it can be used as a sort of tutorial for pond and lake maintenance. The links in the outline bellow will guide you to step by step instructions and information on the basics of such things as preparing a small lake or pond for fish production, and aquatic weed control.
Pages.
The “Pages” section in the right hand side bar will conduct you through our service pages, and the “Topics” page will send you to a list of static pages with information on each of the topics listed. The outline gives the basic structure of our site. You can also check in the “Articles” section in the sidebar for older posts that might be relevant to your needs. They are filed by month.
Search Box.
One other feature that we want to point out is the search box in the upper right hand corner of our pages and articles. You can type in your subject or question, and it will send you to pages where your topic is covered. Say, you are thinking of buying some real estate with a pond or lake, and want to know some of the pitfalls. Just type in “real estate, and it will take you to the pages where real estate is mentioned!
Have updates sent to you.
Our RSS feeds can have our updates sent right to you. Clicking on the RSS Feed button (bright orange) in the upper right hand corner of the page, next to the search box will allow you to subscribe.
